Speak Life!

You know, I was thinking. A lot of us say things we really don't mean to say and shouldn't say, myself included. Our filtering system isn't what it should be. However the bible clearly states that we should keep our tongue from evil. Whatever evil we spew on a daily basis is possibly cursing others and ourselves, which in turn could slow down the roll God has for us. 

Keep your tongue from evil, and your lips from speaking deceit. Proverbs 34:13


I know I've been slacking on my reading, which to me was my accountability. Everything I read sunk into my soul, my brain, and my heart. So it was basically my filtering system. When we get too busy with life or if we are just plain out lazy, it can definitely affect the people around us as well as ourselves.

So if you have trouble spewing 'death' (arguing, gossiping, etc) I highly recommend taking sometime to read the book of Proverbs. It'll give you a few tips on how to live a good life, a godly life. It won't take much time out of your day. In fact, instead of reading over your 'timeline' on Twitter or your 'News Feed' on Facebook, replace that time with reading the bible. There are many apps for Androids and iPhone's today as well as Bible websites with reading plans, so there's absolutely no excuse to NOT read and better yourself.

A soft answer turns away wrath, But a harsh word stirs up anger. Proverbs 15:1

Choose Your Friends Wisely.

It happens quite often, although it shouldn’t.  What? 

When we as children of God get discouraged & lose sight of what God has put on our hearts. I’ll be the first to admit that my flesh is WEAK.  I NEED Holy Spirit to speak to me daily, to show me that He completes me, that I should not rely on my own knowledge and that even though I cannot see the things He is doing supernaturally, I need to keep my faith.  I need to believe at all times that my Father loves me and He is constantly working in my favor even if it is unseen in the natural. 

This verse is great and it describes the wonderful friends my God has Blessed me with to uplift me in these troubled times.

As iron sharpens iron, So a man sharpens the countenance of his friend.Proverbs 27:17

I pray that God will send people to you who will be there when you feel like you can no longer fight.  The Lord says to choose your friends wisely.  ((Do not be misled: "Bad company corrupts good character."  1 Corinthians 15:33))  So do just that! They will lift you up when you feel like you’ve been beaten down. God knows when you aren’t at your best, He knows when you need some encouragement.  But if you do what He says and make those friends who love Him and put Him first in their lives, He’ll turn around and use them as His vessels and they will speak life into you.  They will correct you if you need correction.  They will love you when you feel as though no one else loves you.  This world & the god of this world will try everything to tear you down.  But God has a greater plan for you!

You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world. 1 John 4:4

So REJOICE, because JESUS is on your side. The Kingdom of Heaven is inside of you, you have all power and authority over those negative thoughts or those evil words that are being targeted at you.  Plead the Blood of Jesus on yourself & your family daily! With Him we have already won! Amen!

My God, my amazing Daddy!

You know what fascinates me? How I can go on & on about what God has done for me. Lots of people are skeptics, but once a miracle happens in your life, there's no way you can deny God's awesomeness! Seriously! Can you explain how cancer disappears from someone's body without treatment? Or how a liver is completely replaced without surgery? Or how a cracked bone heals within a week ON ITS OWN? Yup, that usually leaves em' speechless. 

These miracles happened WITHIN my immediate family! ♥ Not stories I heard along the way!

Thank you Lord, for all your amazing doings in my life.

I Hope We'll All Be Ready! - Are you?

The End Time prophecies in the Bible are slowly being fulfilled. When Jesus returns for His people, His Bride, what will happen to you? Would you get left behind?

Just when it seemed like my life was definitely taking a turn for the worse . . . God, my awesome beautiful God saved me. Thankfully He knows my limits. He knows when I lose control and when I'm about to hit the panic button. He's like a superhero who arrives before the train wreck. I am thankful for all I have, thankful for all the lovely people in my life. Thankful that He chose me to be me.
